Planning model only. This is not a prediction of delivery, replies, sales, hires, or revenue. Funnel rates are your assumptions; published provider rows do not imply an email address, contact permission, active practice, licensure, or fit for your offer.
Follow recipient opt-outs, your email platform's rules, and applicable law. This tool does not assess legal, referral, co-marketing, or RESPA compliance.
How to use it
Use your own campaign evidence—not generic benchmarks
Start with the states you can serve, choose a realistic unique-contact cohort, and enter the delivery, reply, conversation, and win rates from a comparable campaign. The planner keeps those rates separate so you can see exactly how each assumption affects the model.
Grounded audience
Use published state coverage and a lawful audience size from your own contact workflow instead of an unbounded estimate.
Clear goal check
See whether your target can fit within the selected audience at your stated funnel rates.
No magic numbers
The tool does not supply conversion benchmarks or promise an outcome—your assumptions stay visible.
FAQs
Before you plan your outreach
What does the Provider Outreach Campaign Planner estimate?
It combines the audience size you enter with your own campaign assumptions to model planned contacts, message workload, positive replies, qualified conversations, wins, and optional contribution economics. The results are planning estimates, not performance guarantees.
Why are the funnel rates blank by default?
Delivery, reply, conversation, and win rates vary substantially by offer, sender setup, targeting, and campaign quality. NPI Data Hub does not publish or imply a benchmark; enter results from a comparable recent campaign for a useful model.
Does the published NPI list include email addresses?
No. NPPES does not provide a general provider-email field and the published products do not claim email coverage. Enter a campaign audience size supported by your own lawful contact source and suppression process.
Does the planner send email or check legal compliance?
No. The planner runs in your browser and does not send email, save your assumptions, or certify legal compliance. You remain responsible for honoring opt-outs, following your email provider's policies, and complying with applicable law.
Planning a commercial-email campaign? This tool is not legal advice. Review the FTC's commercial-email guidance, honor opt-outs, and follow your sending provider's rules before launching.
