These terms govern your use of NPI Data Hub, including our website, one-time data downloads, custom-list requests, and related services. By using NPI Data Hub, you agree to these terms.

Products and Access

NPI Data Hub sells versioned NPI provider-data downloads and related services. The exact product, represented source release, fields, count, price, and delivery terms shown at checkout are pinned to the order. Future product availability and pricing may change without changing a completed order.

Permitted Use

You may use purchased data for the lawful internal business purposes described in the Data Use Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, outreach requirements, contractual duties, and privacy rules.

Restricted Use

You may not use NPI Data Hub to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or non-compliant messages. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape authenticated areas, resell raw data as a standalone competing database, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Data Accuracy

We work to keep data accurate and useful, but professional contact data changes over time. We do not guarantee that every record will be complete, current, deliverable, or suitable for every campaign.

Payments and Delivery

One-time purchases are delivered electronically after successful Stripe checkout. The access window, authorization limit, technical support, and refund treatment are described in the Refund and Delivery Policy and on the purchase surface.

Source and Affiliation

NPI Data Hub is not affiliated with CMS, NPPES, or NUCC. Public-source data can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and an NPI record does not independently prove licensure, employment, availability, consent to outreach, or clinical quality.

Limitation of Liability

NPI Data Hub is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
