NPI Data Hub display, sample, and paid-export treatment under the policy version attached to a release.

What remains upstream

Corrections to the official NPPES record must also be submitted through the official NPPES process by the provider or an authorized party.

Response target

We acknowledge the request immediately and target a substantive first response within two business days.
